DigitalGlassware® transforms chemistry into code. It uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to make better molecules and provide insights never before available.


Create reproducible recipes

The process starts with creating a 'recipe' - the name we give to our deeper, context rich chemistry protocol - in our cloud-based DigitalGlassware®.

DigitalGlassware® encodes recipes, steps and operations. As recipes are recorded, writing standards are set that make them easily reproducible.


The process continues by collecting data about what is happening in the flask, fume hood and the lab. Device X and its sensors work right inside the flask.

DigitalGlassware® provides a guide and records findings in real time, enabling the synthesis to be tracked as it unfolds, along with what is happening in the lab context. As Device X, DigitalGlassware® and the sensors are all at work, the data is stored in the DeepMatter™ cloud.


Time-Course Data

A unique part of DigitalGlassware® is the time-course data collection approach. Actions during your DigitalGlassware® Recipe Run are time-stamped against the sensor data, providing context that would otherwise be missing. Correlation with reaction outcomes provides a structured framework for deeper analysis


All the gathered data in the DeepMatter™ cloud are now available to review. Displayed in real time and interrogated using multiple views through DigitalGlassware®, analysis of reaction runs can be made, synthesis re-played and insights mined.




Connect to multiple sources

A rich data environment is created, connected via or dedicated Digital Controller to more sources than ever possible before, providing access to data that makes chemistry more shareable, collaborative and connected.

The new v2.8.0 of DigitalGlassware®

This article highlights the latest release of DigitalGlassware® R2.8.0. The aim of R2.8.0 will be to strengthen and improve the data records captured using the platform to facilitate better insights and analysis.

Adding value to data sets with DigitalGlassware® Outcomes

The addition of outcomes to a run in DigitalGlassware® (and structuring against sensor data) are needed to contextualise and realise the true value of a reaction data set i.e. was this a good data set or a bad data set? This story details the recent update to outcomes, placing the value they provide to data sets and the ability to set Point in Time values.

Add a little colour to your data with DigitalGlassware®

DeepMatter does more than collect and structure sensor data, we derive insights from your data that you may otherwise miss. An example would be from the DeviceX camera which we can use to quantify colour change and other events in a time-course manner
